One thing that bugs me about recipe blogs is that most spend half the post telling you their life story instead of getting on with the recipe. The above blog is like that, and I apologize. I format the recipes I like in MS Word very plainly and print them out to avoid being annoyed by unnecessary blog fluff.
I also highly, highly recommend Japanese Cooking 101. It’s run by actual Japanese women from Osaka, now living in California, so the recipes are authentic and easy.
